Hand wash your blanket, treating its knitted texture, floral details and embroidery gently. Follow any additional care instructions supplied with your item, and avoid pulling loose threads. For questions about cleaning a personalized design, ask our team before washing.
Returns & support +
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery, including personalized items, subject to our return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original packaging and any tags. Contact us before returning anything. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos.

Can I give it without personalization?+
Yes. Turn off “Add your message” to choose the blanket on its own. Your bag will show the Blanket only option.
What is the difference between the two personal touches?+
Signature message includes a preset or original message and a symbol from our collection. Bespoke design includes your own message and uploaded artwork. Both include an optional signature, lettering, placement and thread choices.
Will my gift arrive by a specific date?+
Transit is estimated at 12–15 days after dispatch, with preparation time additional. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Email contact@petalhush.com before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.
