About an order.

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect item, attach clear photos of the item and packaging. Please do not send payment card details.

Before you choose.

Tell us the size or design you have in mind and the detail you would like to confirm. For a gift needed by a particular date, include the destination and occasion date so we can discuss timing before you order.

Returns & changes.

Contact us before sending anything back. Return requests can be made within 15 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. If you need to correct an address or personalization, email promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation or dispatch has begun.
