Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Some PetalHush products are personalized or made to order, so production or processing time may be shown separately on the product page or at checkout. Processing time is additional to the shipping estimate below. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Tracked Standard Shipping
Tracked Standard Shipping costs USD $7.95 per order. The estimated delivery time is 12–15 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and do not include processing or production time.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking page to show movement.

Delivery delays
Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak-season volume, incorrect addresses and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for seven consecutive days or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact us at contact@petalhush.com with your order number.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Email contact@petalhush.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun. Additional carrier or reshipping charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be charged where permitted by law.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the package and item. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
