If the label is missing or you are unsure about a particular cleaning method, email contact@petalhush.com with your order number and a photo of the item before washing. Care requirements can depend on both the blanket and its personalized details.

Support the blanket as you unfold or rearrange it, rather than pulling on individual flowers or lettering. Avoid tugging at loose threads. If you notice a snag or a loose detail, send us a clear photo so we can help you decide what to do next.

Store your keepsake clean and fully dry. Fold it loosely, keeping sharp accessories and rough fastenings away from the floral details.
